$60 light bulb comes down in price -- just in time for Earth Day

- Really a $60.00 bulb. I have a 2 bedroom apt. and it would cost & $1200 to replace my bulbs. If each bulb saved $8.00 ayear in energy costs (which I doubt) it would take at least about 7 years to break even including the replacement of current bulbs which I replace about every 2 1/2 years.

- I agree that rates should not go up but I also think that any school that raises tuition and fees by more than 2% per year should be prohibited from receiving any kind of tax breaks, subsidies or grants.

- I still don't see this as a racial thing, I see it as a stupid vigilante thing. Mr. Rush was wrong. He was garnering publicity which he got. Would he have done this if it was a black man killing a black man? Would that have been considered profiling?

- Not sure how much I believe this article. Among the best was California and let's face it, between them and New York they must be the most corrupt. By the way, this article says these states have the most lax anti-corruption laws, not that the people were most corrupt.

- I don'y know if this was racially motivated but I think it was an overzealous vigilante. Also why is there no rage when it is black on black, hispanic on hispanic. These are young boys who are being gunned down. There were more killings in Chicago last year than Afganistan.

- I am a 58 year old white guy who has 10 different hoodies. They are the best thing to wear when it is windy or the temperature is in the 30 to 50 degree range. Since when does any kind of fashion make you a target. I don't think this killing was racially motivated but by an over zealous vigilante.
